Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdSentinel, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by adnouwa.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use AdSentinel.

AdSentinel analyses Google Ads accounts and provides:

(a) an Account Health Score summarising the state of the account,

(b) diagnostic reports and prioritised fix recommendations,

(c) policy compliance scanning and pre-strike alerts,

(d) optional AI-generated ad copy and appeal letters, and

(e) additional intelligence modules available on paid plans.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

You must use AdSentinel for legitimate business purposes only.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Free plan: $0 per month, includes the Account Health Score with weekly refresh.

Starter: $49 per month, for accounts spending $500–$2,000 monthly on Google Ads.

Growth: $149 per month, for accounts spending $2,000–$10,000 monthly.

Scale: $349 per month, for accounts spending $10,000 or more monthly.

Annual billing available with a 20% discount. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep the price of their current billing period.

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Comply with Google Ads Terms of Service and all applicable policies for any Google Ads account you connect.

Do not share your account with third parties beyond individuals within your business who need access.

Provide accurate business information when required by law (e.g. VAT ID for invoicing).

You must not use AdSentinel to:

(a) circumvent, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the service,

(b) resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own,

(c) scrape, harvest, or otherwise mass-extract data from AdSentinel,

(d) interfere with the service's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure,

(e) use the service to violate any law, Google policy, or third-party right,

(f) analyse or manipulate ad accounts you do not have permission to access.

AdSentinel generates recommendations using AI models. These recommendations are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, marketing, or professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating every recommendation and for any action you take (or do not take) based on it.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including but not limited to increased impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, or Quality Score.

AI models can make mistakes. Do not rely on AdSentinel as the sole source of truth for account changes.

AdSentinel, its brand, software, designs, and documentation are our exclusive intellectual property.

You retain all rights to the data you provide to AdSentinel, including your Google Ads account data.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to operate and improve the service.

Aggregated, anonymised insights derived from many customers may be used to improve AdSentinel and publish industry benchmarks.

AdSentinel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the service for prohibited purposes, or fail to pay.

On termination, your access ends. You can export your data during the 30-day grace period following termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
