Privacy Policy

AdSentinel ("we", "our", "us") is operated by adnouwa.com. We take your privacy seriously and this policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

This policy applies to app.adnouwa.com and every subdomain of adnouwa.com where AdSentinel is offered. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Account information: your full name, email address, preferred interface language, and password hash (we never store passwords in plain text).

Google Ads data: when you connect a Google Ads account via OAuth, we receive campaign, ad group, keyword, budget, spend, conversion, and policy-related data from the Google Ads API. We do not receive your Google password.

Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive only the transaction reference, plan, and subscription status — not your card number.

Product usage: pages you visit, features you use, and interactions with AI recommendations. This helps us diagnose issues and improve the product.

Communications: the content of any support email or contact form message you send us.

To compute your Account Health Score and identify the top issues affecting your Google Ads performance.

To generate AI-powered recommendations that explain those issues and suggest fixes.

To send you notifications about policy risks, sudden spend changes, and other alerts you have chosen.

To operate the service — authentication, billing, support, and abuse prevention.

To improve AdSentinel through aggregated, anonymised analytics. We never sell your data.

By default, AdSentinel requests read-only OAuth scopes from Google Ads. We do not change your bids, budgets, or campaigns unless you explicitly grant a write scope from Settings.

All Google Ads data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed by the hosting provider and rotated periodically.

You can revoke AdSentinel's access to your Google Ads account at any time — either from Settings inside AdSentinel or from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops all further data collection immediately.

When you delete your AdSentinel account, all Google Ads data associated with your account is deleted from our production systems within 30 days. Backups purge on their normal 90-day rotation.

Our handling of Google Ads data complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the associated Required Minimum Functionality guidelines.

Anthropic (Claude API): we send campaign summaries to Anthropic to generate AI recommendations. We do not send your name, email, or Google account identifiers. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that data while it is being processed.

Stripe: handles all payment card data. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Hostinger: hosts the AdSentinel infrastructure. Data is stored in Hostinger data centres.

Sentry (optional): if enabled, receives sanitised error reports that never contain your Google Ads data or personal information.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and receive a machine-readable export of it.

You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data.

You have the right to restrict certain processing activities.

You have the right to portability — take your data to another service.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, use Settings → Your data, or email privacy@adnouwa.com. We respond within 30 days.

AdSentinel uses functional cookies only — the ones required to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme choice, and secure your session against CSRF attacks.

We do NOT use advertising cookies. We do NOT use third-party tracking cookies. We do NOT sell cookie data.

You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. Clearing them will sign you out of AdSentinel.

While your account is active, we retain your data to operate the service.

After you delete your account, we retain data for up to 90 days to allow for restoration if the deletion was accidental.

After 90 days, all personal data is deleted from production systems and normally-rotating backups.

Certain financial records may be retained longer where required by tax or accounting law.

AdSentinel is operated from Jordan. Data may be transferred to and processed in Jordan, the European Union, or the United States (where Anthropic and Stripe operate).

Where transfers occur to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the recipient's participation in a recognised international transfer framework.

AdSentinel is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@adnouwa.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at app.adnouwa.com/privacy.
